The service was quick, but the check‑in process was very slow, and there was no telephone or geyser.

I never got the phone call while I was there, so I had to book another hotel.

The room I booked wasn’t available, so I had to find a place to stay at 2am—so embarrassing.

I wanted a comfortable room, but inside the hotel there were no charging points for mobile or laptop and the bathroom was too small, so this will be my first and last stay in this room.
