The hostel had a great location close to the main street, was relaxed and felt personal with Ralph & Leah ready to help, and the cost was very affordable. The beds were a bit hard and quiet for us.

The hotel sits just a 5‑minute walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Park, the staff speak excellent English, and the room is huge—so big that we could open two suitcases at the same time! They provide a paid airport‑to‑hotel transfer and also book attractions, including the national park. The staff give clear directions inside the park and hand out a map with notes to keep. The room is spotless, towels are clean, and the natural bath products are supplied daily. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
