The staff were extremely friendly, the pool and everything else were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was outstanding, but I wish they’d give a list of nearby restaurants and local attractions; not everyone is there for APP State.

They offered gluten‑free options at breakfast, but there wasn’t enough parking.

The location was fine, but the fire alarm went off loudly during breakfast, ruining the experience; they also need to replace their toaster.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and the facilities were clean, but the price felt a bit high given the hotel's condition and location.
