“Depressing and Disappointing”
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the chaos that ensued during my stay. The hotel's reception staff were completely incompetent and had a major attitude problem. I was given the wrong room key, and at 11:30 PM, I had staff banging on my door demanding I switch rooms. They even offered to help me pack my stuff and move, which was just ridiculous. Needless to say, I checked out the next day and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Unfortunately, the rest of the room didn't quite live up to my expectations. I specifically asked for a smoke-free room, but the moment I walked in, I could smell like someone had been smoking in there recently.
