The staff were very friendly and quick; Mrs. Shalala, the manager, was a very good and friendly person. Everything was more than 10. Nothing unpleasant happened; everything was fine.

The cottage room was amazing and very clean. The gardens and spa are excellent, breakfast is great, and we also ordered room service, which was very tasty.
