The room was filthy with cockroaches, there was no room service, no bill of payment was provided, and the whole experience was Ghatiya.

The location was fine, but the staff were very poor.

The ambience was nice, but the double room was very small and lacked a cupboard; the food quality was average. I also had a bad incident where someone hit my car in the parking lot, and after I complained the hotel management did nothing.
