There was nothing positive to note, and the roaches were a major issue.

They assigned me to a room infested with roaches, and when someone tried to break in, they moved me to a better room; the surrounding area was still a problem.

The rooms didn’t match the description, the quality was terrible, and OYO Hotels’ customer service offered excuses after excuses, was unprofessional, and their calls either didn’t connect or always hung up. I’m sure they will do everything they can to deny a refund.

“With 1st run in with bedbugs was given another room after I insisted. However same results room”

The value was new fridge and microwave, but I encountered bed bugs, roaches, and standing water in the shower.

“They sold our room right from under us. They said they tried to call, but we have no record of anyone trying to call us.”

The place was utterly repulsive, with bugs everywhere and a terrible stench inside.
