I was welcomed at the front desk and the spot was okay, with no construction or noise nearby. But there was no shower water and the room had only a plain sheet—no blanket—so I got cold at night.

The place is close to the airport and offers a very good price, perfect for a last night when your flight is late at night or on a tight budget. However, the lock didn't work, so we couldn't secure the room, and the bedding was really uncomfortable.

The value for money was great, the staff were friendly, and the beds were cozy. There was a pool and the outdoor area was generally relaxed. The air‑conditioning was unreliable and even after reporting it, the issue wasn't fixed; plus the curtains let in a lot of light early in the room.

The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. The property is just next to the Get Your Guide point for the Mount Batur trek. Be warned that it gets very cold and there are only local taxis, no grab service.
