No breakfast was provided, which was disappointing.

The location was quiet, but the cleaning staff clearly didn’t care about room cleanliness: crumbs on chairs and tables, dog hair everywhere, hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling, and stained sheets—this motel‑6 should still be as clean as a high‑end hotel.

Laminate floors are great for pets, but the ice machine was broken.

The place was clean, but after a long drive from Grand Teton my wife, daughter, and I were exhausted and wanted to rest; at 7 pm reception called us to say someone complained about noise and told us to keep it down, even though we weren’t using the TV or music and were speaking at normal volume—this made us uncomfortable and ruined the stay, and I don’t think reception should call guests about alleged noise unless it’s verified.
