“Good service, but the unpleasant smell made the stay uncomfortable”
Customer service was good, and the airport shuttle was convenient. The smell in the hotel was almost unbearable.
“Other than the room not very well cleaned it was a good stay”
I felt very safe. My room wasn’t clean: the bed was fine, but when I moved the chair because I didn’t like its placement, I found a pile of brown food underneath, a dirty used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, and the entrance carpet had a strong men’s cologne smell that I dislike, so I had to keep the window open a lot.
“It was adequate, but I thought for the price I paid the facility could have been cleaner.”
Everything was fine, but there were ongoing repairs happening while I was there.

The cell phone reception was terrible, and the Wi‑Fi inside the hotel was almost non‑existent, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast spread was the usual low‑quality “free breakfast” fare.
