“Regular”
The beds were very comfortable. They forgot to prepare the room, which is too expensive for a hotel to neglect the basics.

The snack and water station in the lobby was really handy, but the room itself felt cramped.
“Clean comfortable room. Not handicap friendly staff”
The room was tidy and comfortable. Most staff were friendly, but the restaurant and check‑in staff were terrible. The check‑in person was rude, although the young man working next to us was very nice. Staff need better politeness training.
The stay and experience were excellent. The buffet and bar were awesome – definitely will stay again.
