“Horrific hotel stay”
The hotel’s location was good. However, the whole first floor was under construction, which was disappointing, the pool water was very cold, the carpet was stained and the hallway smelled bad, making me feel like I wasted my money.
The room was spacious. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, but the room itself was comfortable.
“I thought it would a better stay than that”
I reached out about the issue with my stay and I haven’t got a response an it been 6 days. Pool wasn’t clean nobody to address the issue and a few more things
“My room was awful smelt like some one had used the room before I got there awful smell was a real bad experience”
There was nothing positive to note. The hotel was under construction.
The bed was fine. There was no hot water, the hotel was under construction, the staff were unprofessional, and customer service was poor.
