Nothing. The room was full of flies and not clean; the breakfast was bad, all alcohol and a bad smell.

The location is great, but the customer service was awful, the staff and car service were unclean, and they never spoke politely.
Karim made my stay enjoyable—he treated us well, and this isn’t my first time here; I keep coming because of him. Thanks for everything.
