The hotel staff were excellent and really helpful. I just wondered why there was a chat for the carpark.

It was close to Stratford upon Avon. The pull‑out sofa bed had a chewed‑up corner, the shower was missing a handle, and overall the furnishings felt a bit outdated.

The location was perfect, and the bed was typical of a Holiday Inn—comfortable. The interior was very hot, the staff seemed neglectful of themselves, and at breakfast it was off-putting to see dirty hands handling food; the place just looked tired inside.

The price was reasonable, the room quality was acceptable, and the staff were helpful. Vagrants tried to enter the hotel and attempted to open doors, the restaurant food and service were very basic, and the hotel smelled stale.
