“Melhor Pé na Areia em Trancoso”
The staff, food, drinks, room, and open spaces were great; it was smaller and more exclusive, with less noise.
“A Pousada Tangará é o Paraíso na Bahia!”
The pousada is spectacular—everything is tasteful and well maintained, from linens and towels to dishes and amenities, plus a divine shower. It’s on the beach, very private, with a cheerful, helpful team, so if you’re a demanding guest looking to relax in Bahia, this is the spot. The only downside was having to leave, which left my heart tight.

The location, cleanliness, comfort, high‑speed internet, shower, and staff attentiveness were all excellent.

The setting is calm, perfect for relaxing, surrounded by nature, with friendly service and a tasty breakfast. I liked everything—everything was excellent. Prices on the menu were high, but we later understood it’s the Trancoso standard. I’d just suggest adding luggage racks so bags don’t sit on the floor and a dedicated recyclable bin in the room for papers, packaging, plastic bottles, etc.
