Room was fine for the money. The location and the view from the room were excellent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was great. Nice and quiet for a good sleep. Some dodgy people hanging around at night. Staff told me not leave my car out and ot park underneath

Great value, and they handed out complimentary Coke cans on arrival, plus decent milk, biscuits, and Foxtel. The main bed duvet was awful and hard.

The view and proximity to the city center were solid, but the pool area and outdoor spaces could use a refresh.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, but we got locked out on the balcony with no way in or down; the front desk was closed, yet a staff member eventually came for a late check‑out and freed us. She was incredibly rude, telling us we should have called the after‑hours number, and her attitude was unwarranted; the door and her demeanor were the only real problems with the room.
