I liked the staff’s service; they were consistently friendly, guided us on tours, and offered good restaurant suggestions. The hotel itself has an okay restaurant. The location is excellent, right next to the bridge that gives the hotel its name. The bathroom has an open box that inevitably splashes everywhere. The hotel needs modernization; it’s somewhat old, has few places to hang clothes, and limited accessibility for those who need it. Breakfast was okay but not very varied. There’s a nearby parking lot, but it isn’t part of the hotel.
