The location was great and easy to reach, onsite parking was secure and roomy, the room was simple but the bed was very comfortable, though I had to send a message about one issue directly to the property.

The staff were fantastic! Check‑in and check‑out were streamlined, the location was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was extremely clean; I would definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Wollongong, with no negatives at all.

I got excellent value for the price, location, accessibility features, and the range of on‑site services; the staff went beyond their official duties to help me with problems caused by my age, and everyone was cheerful and pleasant, with no negatives.

The location was good, but the air‑con didn’t work—just circulated air and was extremely loud.
