The staff were good, but there was mold in the bathroom and the air‑conditioner filters were dirty; even the maintenance inside the whole place was messy.

The receptionist was friendly and the location was fine, yet the 5‑storey building had no elevator, rooms were cramped and filthy, the air everywhere was damp and smelled like mold, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the bedding and towels were heavily worn and patched.

The staff’s attitude and the location were positive, and the beds overall were comfortable enough to sleep through the noise from the air‑conditioner. However, the bathroom needs repair—water drips from the faucet and shower while using the sink, making everything wet; one sheet had a stain that was hard to wash out. Windows need fixing (they don’t seal properly, the seal is broken) and cleaning. The air‑conditioner rattles when turned on and makes a loud noise during use. Filters and pipes are likely not cleaned from installation, covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. If you’re on the upper floor, be prepared to climb many stairs.
