Superschönes Hotel direkt am Strand, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade für ein Apartment mit private Pool, Mega schöne Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber und hochwertig. Und das Beste: das Essen :-), wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Es war ein Traum! Es gab jeden Abend ein anderes Motto, immer viele frische Salate, Fisch, Fleisch…. Alles hochwertig. Besser geht es nicht! Und die Desserts waren spitze. Trotz der vielen Gäste gab es nie Stress oder Hektik im Restaurant, super Personal, alle Mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel allen weiterempfehlen!. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

ארוחת בוקר עשירה למי שלא שומר כשרות וסבירה ולמי שכן, מלון שקט עם שירות מעולה. אין מוניות כשגשום , אצלנו לא היה חשמל כמעט 15 שעות בחדר. נאלצנו לשהות בלובי יומיים מתוך 4 ללא מעש. אין חאמם ואין מתקנים פתוחים

Outdated, no fresh water refill,the bath flow is slow The ac is loud The furniture is old No coffee machine for a 5 star with an extra 15 € surcharge for providing it Commercial hotel more than a luxury hotel The room is overlooking the beach but it is situated in a wing with no soundproof for the main door so noisy from the road all night long. Security there is null. Anyone can enter this wing without anybody noticing him or her. Even the tiles on the corridor in this wing are old. I ordered an espresso and i got it in a tea cup. THE BEACH: Pebble beach not sandy beach The sunbeds could be maintained better.they are stained from oil and sweat and they are very thin with cheap quality The umbrellas are small like the ones you use for fruit stalls One small umbrella per two sunbeds You should go to the beach bar to order your drinks and food. For a five stars they should have like a buzzer to order on the beach The restaurant: 5 * hotel with no fresh juice? Bizzarre At Dinner they charge you the water you drink. The wine is cheap quality. The fruit display : They are cut ahead Blacken banana Swelling kiwis and peach Not appealing at all. The lobby is like from the 80’s Dull and gloomey though very high ceiling No lights during the evening The furniture not digne of a 5* hotel No welcome drink for the guests Not even water Though will passing one day I saw a lady from the reception desk offering water to new guests.(maybe they asked to have some) Wifi all around the hotel not disrupted even when the power went off one night
