I liked the private parking and the many outdoor chairs that let me enjoy summer evenings without mosquitoes; there was also a shower, though it had a caveat. However, the parking cost 30 zl per day, and there were extra city taxes that the booking site didn’t display—those appeared on the owner’s invoice. The quintuple room’s bathroom was on a different floor, not shared, but that was inconvenient.

The hotel sat next to a shopping mall, with bus and tram stops nearby, but getting to the city centre was a long walk. There was no washing machine, and I was asked to pay an additional 30 zl for laundry. On top of that, the owner handed me a 45 zl receipt for “breathing clean air in Gdańsk,” and when I showed the pre‑paid tax receipt I was told that a broken street sign would cost me a 5000 zl fine because “your children broke it.” I was shocked and would not recommend staying here because it could ruin your mood.

“Ogólnie ok . Największe zastrzeżenia do czystości w łazienkach”

We were a whole group, so everything was shared, but I could’t imagine if it were strangers in each room. The bathrooms were dirty, especially the one on the lowest floor.
