We enjoyed the peace, serenity, and beautiful nature around us, and seeing the Milky Way at night was a treat. We chose this stay because Lucie accepts dogs that others don’t, and meeting Lucie, Philippe, and all the dogs was the highlight of our trip to Portugal. The outdoor bathroom was amazing, and looking in the mirror and seeing only trees and hills felt special. It’s a true gem for anyone. The only downside was that during the first week of September it was very hot, so we were quite toasty sleeping even with a good fan and airflow.

There are no words to describe the accommodation – everything is amazing, the environment is perfect, the setting is super calm, and the peace is authentic. The caravan is very well equipped, has everything you need, is very comfortable, and super welcoming. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time and it was fantastic to meet all the pups and Lucie. The caravan is well equipped and comfortable, making it great for a few days away from the city. We brought our pup with us and Lucie even helped with socializing with some of the rescue dogs.
