The hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and even helped me plan my day. The room was bright, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent—just a great stay.

The breakfast blew us away with hard‑boiled eggs, cereal, pancakes, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and yogurt—something for everyone. The room was clean, pleasant, and spacious. We didn’t use the free electric bikes or kayaks, but they were available for guests; maybe next time we’ll try them. It served its purpose for a night in Victoria, and we’d stay again if the price matched.

The room was really nice, the shower great, and the location good, but the outside area needs refreshing.

Well-equipped, clean rooms. Outside appearance of the building was old and tired

The free ebikes were great, the staff very friendly, and everything was clean and tidy. However, as the photos suggested, it felt like the 80s and 90s—quite dated, like a throwback to the 80s. The apartment was very dark; everything served its purpose but didn’t really invite relaxation. Those heading straight to the center will have to drive a few more kilometers.
