The room and bathroom were comfortable. The internet was missing in the room. Cleanliness was inadequate, even the reception area’s carpet was shabby. Breakfast offered a very limited selection of items. Next to the bed there was only one power outlet, so we had to charge one phone in the bathroom. The sink furniture in the bathroom was swollen from moisture.

The rooms are small and definitely not suites, so I don’t see why the name is what it is. There was no coffee at breakfast, though at least a coffee machine was at reception.

The location was good, the pool was fine but the hours were short from 11 to 18, and there was no coffee machine at breakfast; there was a gas smell on the balcony, probably from the central heating unit.

The infinity pool was well exposed, but the loud music near the pool during nap time was annoying.

We booked a specific room category with full sea view and received confirmation for it; we even confirmed the category with the hotel before arrival, yet we were told upon arrival that the hotel only had a category with limited sea view. Neither the hotel nor anyone takes responsibility for this discrepancy, and despite paying for a higher‑class room, we were not refunded the difference or offered a fair solution. It’s especially disappointing that we were shuffled between hotel staff and others with no one taking responsibility or offering a fair resolution. Because of this experience we cannot recommend the hotel and advise against booking there if you expect adequate support or reimbursement in a problem situation.
