The apartment was very clean, the facilities were new and had everything a family of four needs, but the services could improve. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned on a specific day in the middle of our stay, yet on that day it hadn’t been done; the front‑desk staff admitted they had forgotten. Another day we ordered pizza at reception via the QR code in the room, it appeared as “preparing your order” when we went to pick it up, but they had no record of the order even though we had been charged through the app, and it took over an hour to finish the pizza.
