The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and calm; the hosts were very open to any interaction, the accommodation was clean, and the other guests were very friendly – definitely a place we’ll return to.

The room was fine, and we used the pool in the evening after our trip; downstairs there’s a restaurant with tasty food and cold beer.

This is the spot where you can give yourself and your loved one a break after the Transfagarasan highway; the staff is polite, there’s a bar on site with pleasant prices, a heated pool, and the grounds are tidy. For the price, everything is satisfactory.

Breakfast was good for such a small hotel, well organized; the location is great for people with their own cars, but be warned that the parking has fewer spots than the number of rooms. When we stayed, there seemed to be just enough space (about 6 cars, as I recall). The fold‑down chair was surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning barely worked, but the season was such that opening the window was enough, and the street traffic didn’t bother us much because we were very tired after a day of sightseeing.

The equipment is older, but everything is clean; outside there is a pool.
