I was disappointed that the bathroom had no door and the male and female areas were shared.

The heaters were turned on, and the location was close to the cable car and the train station, which made it acceptable because there were few guests. When fully booked, the small bathroom and kitchen equipment would likely be problematic. I’m not sure if Frau Lindgren meant that.

“昔を思い出させる懐かしい宿”

The staff explained the room layout and functions carefully, so I understood everything right away. The room’s old‑school design felt nostalgic, and being on a main road made it easy to locate. I also liked that parking was free. The only drawback was that check‑in wasn’t possible until after 17:00; I’d appreciate if it could start at 16:00 instead.

“Einfache, unkomplizierte Übernachtung auf der Durchreise.”

We stayed in a simple double‑bedroom with a shared shower, one bunk bed and one single bed, and it was clean.
