The swimming pools were nice and the room view was great, but the food left a lot to be desired. The breakfast buffet was okay, yet the selection was limited—no cheese, for instance—and the coffee was terrible, even the Starbucks coffee bought in the lobby cafe tasted bad.

I had a lovely stay, though the only machines available were the ones I noticed. The staff were very helpful, always greeting me and offering assistance all the time.

The room had mold, and the kitchen cabinets still had leftover trash that probably belonged to previous guests.

We stayed in a family room that comfortably fit four adults and one child, and the ocean view was fantastic, but getting from the family room to the pool and beach was awkward and the lack of parking spaces forced us to park across the street every time.

The club lounge was the best part of our stay, and so was our shower/bath. I did not like how small the beds were. It does not accommodate 4 people. We chose not to upgrade so that we could have a living room, but i regret it because we slept very uncomfortably. The flooring was loose so you could feel it with every step
