The place was clean. Nothing was wrong, everything was fine.

The location was great. The price was a downside.

The small lunch menu wasn’t very diverse. The staff were slow to take orders.

The access to the mall and the quietness were good. The senior staff member, the Duty Manager, was unprofessional and unethical—he even invaded one of our rooms late at night between 22h30 and 23h00, claiming he’d confused it with his own reserved room, even though he apparently stays at the same hotel every night. Our advice: never leave the room unlocked; always latch the lock.

The noise from neighboring rooms at night was annoying.
