The place is perfect for skiers, parents with little kids, and hikers – the location is unbeatable. The vibe is relaxed and comfy, and the staff are courteous. I’d definitely recommend it. The only downside is the switch from the Swedish buffet to a la carte breakfast and dinner, which feels like a step backward and shows up every day.

The spot is great for ski holidays (just below the 8th run), and there’s excellent storage for boots and skis. The spa is decent, parking is available, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food at the street kiosk is tasty. On the flip side, the restaurant food left something to be desired – the shop salad had stale tomatoes, and a few times the warm drinks were only alcoholic. We were initially assigned a very small room, but after asking we were moved to a spacious one that matched the description. There’s no refrigerator in the room.

The location, cleanliness, and staff are all good. The change in how breakfast and dinner are served is a drawback.
