Remi Hotel

The food was very good and varied, and the desserts were lovely. The staff were extremely friendly. During the week, the bedsheets and towels were never changed, and I didn’t know that I was supposed to bring my own towels for the pool.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the beach and a nice park. The furnishings need updating and the hygiene is slightly below average. The best part was the restaurant staff—smiling, polite, and attentive young men. The food was very tasty, especially the soft cakes in the morning. For the price we paid, everything was very good.

The location was really good, and there was a nice variety of salads for every meal. The daily cleaning was a bit sparse.

“Does not deserve 4★ — ruined holiday”

The hotel sits close to the beach, and the reception staff tried to help, even moving us to another room after we complained. However, the room and the hotel overall do not live up to the advertised 4★ standard: the furniture and bathroom fixtures are old and partly broken, ceilings and walls show water stains, the bed linen and towels are worn out and of very poor quality. The food was extremely poor and repetitive: mainly dry chicken, pasta, rice, cheap sausages, and the same salads every day. Desserts were just cheap biscuits and wafers, and the drinks came from low‑quality machines. I chose this hotel specifically for a family holiday so we could spend time together without worries, but the food was almost inedible, I actually lost weight during the stay, and the whole vacation was ruined. The price we paid (as for a 4★ hotel) is absolutely not justified by the service provided.
