The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. The view from the 9th floor, the bar and breakfast room, over the Alster is a highlight. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room wasn’t ready at arrival, there was a water damage in the wellness area, compensation was only one drink voucher for three nights, lighting in the room was poor, only one bed had a reading lamp, there was a queue before the breakfast room, and the buffet was cramped.

The breakfast was nice with a wide variety, but definitely too expensive! The pool and sauna area was "off line."

The spot is great, the view during breakfast is awesome, and there are two large beds! The sink in the bathroom is very stylish but impractical, and the glass door is the same issue.
