The manager was friendly and the place is close to many restaurants and gas stations. I stayed for three nights and the police came each night because of disturbances. A couple got into a fight over a food‑stamp card, the floors were filthy, and it was loud at night. I felt a bit scared as a solo female traveler. The room smelled like dogs and cigarettes, and there was no iron or ironing board.

The location was decent. The floors were awful. The room’s breezy, miserable layout made everything echo, especially the kids running around at 10 pm. The bathroom smelled like weed and cigarettes in the morning (I’m a non‑smoker). After a day at work I found a new stovetop or toilet that I hadn’t been told about, and the mess from the installation wasn’t cleaned up. The manager tried to charge me extra near the end of my stay even though I’d already paid the full amount. The air conditioning began to fail toward the end.
