The hotel's spacious rooms were a highlight, with a big bathroom and enclosed shower that made a big difference. I also appreciated the quiet environment, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were helpful, too, especially when it came to booking taxis. However, the breakfast menu could be improved by including more international options, and I wished the staff spoke better English.

Paid full price for a hotel that was basically just our room. The rest of the place was shut down for a wedding, which was a bit of a letdown. We were stuck in our room the whole time, which wasn't ideal. It felt like we were paying for a whole hotel experience, but only got a fraction of it.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, but the noise from the nearby bars and clubs made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late, and the room was small but spotlessly clean. The real letdown was the pool area, which was tiny and overcrowded, with broken loungers and a dirty hot tub. I was expecting a bit more from a hotel that claimed to be a 'relaxing oasis' in the middle of the city.
