Richard and Graham were lovely hosts, breakfast was lovely, and the location was perfect for the Winter Gardens and close to local attractions, making for a wonderful stay.

The location was great. Nothing else to mention.
The hosts were very decent and accommodating, but the noise levels were an issue and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The blinds in the room could use blackout blinds.

The place sits just a stone’s throw from the Winter Gardens, and the breakfast from Richard and Graham was really friendly and tasty. The shower in my room stayed warm and the bed was comfortable—exactly what I needed for my stay. I can’t find any downside to the B&B, so I’ll definitely book it again next year.

Both hosts were fantastic, even helping bring my cases down after my previous heart attack; I can’t praise them enough. Everything was perfect, so I’ll book there again for my next Union conference.
