“Consistent service across visits”
This was my third stay at Collection O Shah Alam and the quality hasn't dropped; the same attention to cleanliness, the same courteous staff, and the same reliable amenities throughout.

The hotel sits in a great spot, but the maintenance and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
