“Great location, pleasant vibe”
The spot is right where you need to be and the place feels really pleasant.
“Perfect stay in the heart of town”
Everything was spot‑on; we can’t think of anything to complain about. The hotel sits in the city centre, the staff were incredibly friendly, and overall it was just a lovely experience.
“Nice looks, but lots of drawbacks”
The building looks really nice, has an elevator that makes moving luggage up easier, is bright, the bed is super comfy and it’s well placed within the Guarne park. Unfortunately we were told the rate we booked was wrong and had to pay extra, there’s no parking or any partnership, no hot water, and from 7 am the hallway was noisy enough to ruin sleep; they only take cash too. All in all, the positives are outweighed by the hassles.
