The location was great, with many famous sights nearby like Kalan Minaret and Toqi Zargaron, letting me experience Bukhara city fully, and the water pressure was plenty.

The hotel sits 2 min from the minaret and Kalon Mosque, and from the terrace you can see the minaret directly; like many Uzbek hotels it’s very clean and has two courtyards that give the rooms absolute nighttime quiet. The breakfast selection is more limited than in other hotels of the same category but still very good. The staff are attentive and the value for money is very good for a French traveler. Nothing to add.

“ロケーション最高”

The location is superb, with the Kalan Minaret and the square right in front; the view from the passage to the hotel is striking. I stayed in various cities between Tashkent and Hiva, but the staff here were the most smiling and greeted us. A brother‑cat lives on the passage in front of the hotel, charming guests; I nearly got scratched when I tried to pet it, so be careful. I expected a view from the terrace, but the terrace is actually the restaurant, and during sunset it’s crowded with diners, so even as a guest I couldn’t just go up for the view. I was told the night before that a light snack would be provided for early checkout, which was nice, but on the day it seemed not to have been communicated, which was disappointing.

“Very good”

The location is great, rooms and showers are good, and the breakfast view is excellent. Beds are a bit squeaky, breakfast could offer more variety but was still good. It isn’t the cheapest, but in a tourist town its location is unbeatable.

“Fantastic Hotel backed by a beautiful view and professional staff.”

Zargaron Boutqiue is a hidden gem as a hotel in Bukhara. First of all the hotel is perfectly and strategically located right next to the Kalan Minaret and most of the old city. This gives the hotel breathtaking views where one can have a meal overlooking them such as breakfast or simply if they want to watch sunset. The breakfast at Zargaron has multiple options as a buffet style fulfilling one’s needs for breakfast. The breakfast is freshly prepared daily and certain items like if one orders fried eggs are cooked to order. The breakfast room and food are quite clean and good in quality. The rooms at Zargaron were exactly as advertised and good in value for the price. The rooms were spacious, very clean and clearly needed no renovations whatsoever so ever. What I particularly enjoyed about the room was the set up and how everything that was advertised when booking the room was there. The staff at Zargaron hotel were also another main highlight of my experience which clearly shows why this hotel has maintained its high score . First of all the staff are all friendly, professional and very attentive when fulfilling the needs of their guests. What I particularly appreciated was how they would go out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and well informed with any inquires that they may have. A special shoutout goes to Firuz at the front desk as well as Dongona who were very helpful when providing directions and recommendations of palces to visit in Bukhara as well as planning my onward journey and making sure I was comfortable at the hotel. Another shoutout goes to Ulughbeg in the breakfast room who prepared my breakfast on time and even reminded me of breakfast just in case if I overslept and missed the breakfast I paid for which I highly appreciate. Overall Zargaron Boutqiue Hotel was an excellent experience and I will definitely return again. I can’t fault it or recommend anything for constructive feedback. It was excellent overall
