Bad service, no respect, and when I asked for an adapter, they charged me two dollars. There was no towel in the bathroom and they blamed the laundry being broken.

The spot was great and the view was nice, but I was really let down by the hotel’s rule that women in hijabs can’t use the pool or swim in the sea. That struck me as odd, especially in an Arab country, and I’ve never seen that in Europe either. I ended up booking a different beach just so my family could enjoy the water, which felt pointless. On top of that, the music and DJ were blasting from about 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it almost impossible to relax with a little one in tow. I also found it absurd that guests had to pay an extra $5 per day for parking when we’re already paying for a room. Finally, the price was far too high for the room’s quality, cleanliness, facilities, and overall standard, so the experience didn’t match what I paid.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Siesta Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and we truly enjoyed every moment with our family. My children and I loved the experience, and the three days honestly felt like they passed in a heartbeat! We are already looking forward to coming back, and this will definitely become a place we visit every year. A special thank you to Rana at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning and made our booking and stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole Siesta Resort team for making our stay so memorable. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back again! ❤️

A lovely, peaceful, safe and clean resort near Beirut; many thanks to the front‑desk staff member Mr. Suleiman for the swift check‑in and to Mohamed Al‑Dweik for his keen effort to keep guests comfortable and his quick responses. It’s a great place for a holiday with friends or family. Nothing to complain about.
