Paula, the staff member, was always on hand, super helpful, kind and friendly.
The breakfast was a letdown - didn't really feel like traditional Minas Gerais cuisine.

Exceptional accommodation, the service and care from the staff are unmatched, the breakfast is delicious and the location couldn't be better, I will definitely return many times.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the main streets of Tiradentes like Rua Direita and Largo das Forras, with an exit to the most charming alley in Tiradentes; the room is huge and the bathroom is immaculate, everything is new and very beautiful, the breakfast is divine, and the afternoon snack is a real treat that makes the difference; the staff are very welcoming and friendly without exception, I will stay here every time I visit Tiradentes and the price is a bonus. I liked everything, only one constructive criticism: there is a lot of dust under the beds and it seems the floor cleaning is only done halfway, which bothers those allergic to dust under the beds; it would be worth checking with the cleaning staff. A check under the beds is always recommended.

Upon arrival, after a 4‑hour drive on the highway, we were told the hotel was not open and that the room had been mistakenly offered by the platform; fortunately we quickly found other options.

The staff were friendly, and rooms 10 and 11 had an exceptional private lounge. The garden area was great for pets. We had no complaints, but our roommate in room 12 had a strong mold smell.
