“Thoroughly great place to stay, especially for the price!”
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the beds were hand‑built, super comfy, and came with cute little climbing holds and proper ladders to reach the top bunks. The location is in a low‑traffic area, so having a car is convenient. The staff can point you toward some amazing climbing spots a short drive away. The kitchen sits on the top floor with easy access to the open rooftop, where you can eat while enjoying a great view of the coastline. There’s a cool backyard hangout area with a small bouldering wall, and an outdoor/climbing shop downstairs for convenience. It’s a great spot to meet other outdoor enthusiasts. A couple of times there were hot‑water issues, but the gas just needed to be replaced, which the staff happily handled. Some doors are loud and difficult to open, but that’s a minor nit‑pick.
