The staff were good and the hotel’s location makes it a nice place to stay; the lobby is also good and the pool is fine. The room was fine too, with decent linens. However, parking was inconvenient because it’s separate from the hotel, requiring a walk back to the front or down the basement where few staff help unload luggage, which is tough if you have kids. The pillows were old and not fluffy, and the breakfast was just okay with limited variety and drinks. I also noticed people eating in the hallway, and I’m not sure how to address that.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but when I asked them to activate the safe box in my room, it took a while for them to get there.
