A magnificent monumental house that balances luxury and comfort beautifully. The hosts, Gillis and Fabienne, are kind, very welcoming, and genuinely interested. The breakfast is fantastic every day. We’ll definitely return!

Noyers-sur-Serein is undoubtedly the ideal destination for those who want to immerse themselves in the most authentic medieval Burgundy atmosphere, and Maison des Corporations is the perfect starting point. Calling it simply a "Destination d'Excellence" would be reductive: the house is a unique residence, the result of a skillful and refined restoration that highlights every décor detail. What makes the experience truly unbeatable, however, is Gilles. His extraordinary courtesy, combined with a deep cultural background, makes him an exceptional host. With countless thoughtful gestures and valuable advice on local traditions, gastronomic routes, excellent wines, and hidden gems of the region, Gilles turns a pure relaxation stay into a fascinating journey of discoveries. A splendid place for an unforgettable holiday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The host Gilles and his wife were exceptional; breakfast was wonderful and Gilles explained everything. Noyers is a lovely old village and the hotel sits right in the middle, old and atmospheric. It is important to book the restaurant in advance, and Gilles helped us because we hadn't thought of it (La Beursaudiere in Nitry was excellent). In September, after summer has ended, the hours are irregular.

The breakfast was of very, very good quality. The care from Gille and Fabien was very nice and interesting. The beds were of the best quality. The whole house is as described, including the old spiral staircase, which is beautiful. The bathroom is unbeatable. The location is very good in a medieval town. Restaurants nearby. The friendliness in all accommodations on this trip has strengthened our positive view of France!
