“I didn’t get to sleep after the noise across the hall stopped”

I disliked the location, there were people hanging out outside the lot causing a lot of noise in the room across the hall, no ashtrays were provided in the smoking room we requested, no cups or coffee maker were in the rooms, there were only two sets of towels for a booking of three people, and the room could have been a little cleaner.

“It’s was dirty. I have photos to prove it the fridge wouldn’t shut and leaked water. With dirty gros”

There wasn’t much to like, maybe the bed itself was okay, but overall the room left me very dissatisfied. It was dirty, the fridge wouldn’t shut and leaked water, and there was gross ice at the back. The floors were sticky and filthy, the place smelled of cigarettes even though it was non‑smoking, and an ashtray was left in the room. The furniture was battered and broken, the shower was filthy, and the staff treated me with disrespect.

“Dirty bed blanket”

The price was reasonable, but the blanket on the bed was nasty—definitely something that should be replaced or burned. The blanket itself was disgusting and new blankets are needed.
