“I was moved rooms after my first day woken up by some crackhead man screaming at me and the worker at 11am, there was ro”
Roaches were everywhere, the TV didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, and everything else was horrible, to be honest.

There was absolutely nothing good. I registered on Sunday morning, called to confirm my room, and the person answered without knowing my name. He then told me that the room with a full refrigerator, 3‑burner stove, microwave, and coffee machine was unavailable, and that the only room left had a leak, so I had to accept that or lose a day. No one came to empty the trash, make a bed, or give me a key. I felt trapped and couldn’t leave. The room had cockroaches, crickets, and Tejas bugs. Nobody was in the office, and if you called, they were rude.

The front desk person was nice the only thing that was nice about that place. 1. It had a real bad roaches problem! They were literally everywhere in the bed, walls, floors bathroom! I went to take a shower (cold one since the hot water don’t work) left my cup on the table came back it was two roaches in my cup! 2. The hot water didn’t work so I can to take a cold shower. 3. The so called blanket was basically a sheet it was literally one pillow that really wasn’t even a pillow fr 4 the room was dirty af 5. The house keeper didn’t even come for the 7 days I was there

The hotel next door—Studio 6—had a fire, lost power, and didn’t even check me in; I went to the next door instead. I didn’t stay there because it was closed due to the fire, had no electricity, and I wasn’t informed about the situation.

I would stay far away from this place – it isn’t a hotel at all but more like a shelter for people in extreme need, with strangers constantly drifting through the lobby. The neighbourhood felt unsafe, and on the first morning we were jolted awake by a woman’s screams, which even called the police and fire brigade. The second night a fellow guest screamed from 3 am to 6 am, keeping us up. When I approached the front‑desk staff to cancel the rest of my booking, the clerk seemed sympathetic but then went silent, became unreachable, and refused the cancellation that the listing allowed, forcing me to pay for all nine nights. The booking platform only offered a refund of about thirty euros, making the “free cancellation” claim false. I’m angry about the penalty, but not to this extreme.
