I could get there without a hassle, the place was quiet and spotless, but the spring mattress felt like a spring, the room stayed hot even with the wall AC that couldn't cool it, the jersey sheets trapped heat, and the towels were too small.

The spot was great and the price was good, everything was clean, and the staff were super friendly.

The room was roomy, the bed was pretty comfy, the shower had great water pressure, but the A/C unit was a bit loud and the fridge and microwave were unplugged.

The location in Burnet was convenient, the hot water was good and the bed was comfortable, yet when I booked the rate was $187.87, but at check‑in the charge had risen to $201.98.
