We paid for 3 nights advance and not stayed there for 10 minutes. Not got any refund also. Zero % comfort. Very bad experience

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was filthy and smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state, with dark stains on the floor and a lingering smell of sewage. To make matters worse, the room was located near the stairs, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and feel that it doesn't deserve even a single star.
