Parking was a nightmare. Even with a permit I couldn't find a spot, and cars without permits were everywhere, making it tough for guests.

I love this resort – loads of activities for the whole family, a big, clean, and comfy house. The only gripe: no body lotion, which is a must in winter.

The location and amenities are great, but the place wasn’t cleaned properly – crumbs in the kitchen, dirty towels in the washer, a broken fireplace, and a clogged toilet in the main bathroom.
