The hotel's biggest letdown was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying heavy bags a real hassle. The room itself was a mess, with clutter and dirt everywhere. It was a shame, because the location was pretty good. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment.

The hotel's stylish aesthetic and comfortable rooms were definite highlights of my stay. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of buses and metro lines nearby, and a quiet street that was close to restaurants and shops. However, the noise from the equipment behind my room on the third floor was a bit of a nuisance, and the street itself could have been cleaner.
