The room wasn’t the one in the photo; the lock was broken and wouldn’t close. There were no sheets or towels, so after a long trip we couldn’t shower or sleep. I sent a message and never got a reply. It was a total disrespect; I had to move to a nearby hotel and I’m demanding a refund.
